The staff at this hotel were incredible, always friendly and accommodating. The location was also great, close to key attractions and highways. Another advantage was the delicious complimentary breakfast offered every morning, with a wide variety of options to choose from.

The image quality on the TV in the room was not great, it felt like watching a regular antenna. Additionally, the cost of shipping a lost item back to us was quite expensive, especially considering the distance between the hotel and our location.

lovely place for a 2-night stay. lots of restaurants to eat close by, like the grill and market that was only 5 minutes' walk away.

This hotel exceeded my expectations in so many ways. Firstly, the staff went above and beyond to make me feel at home during my three-month stay. They were always prompt and provided top-notch service. Secondly, I appreciated the full kitchen in the room, which was perfect for my needs. Having a regular-sized refrigerator, electric top stove and microwave made it easy for me to cook my own meals. Additionally, the rooms were well-kept and clean, even with my two children running around. Lastly, the complimentary breakfast was a wonderful touch. It was nice to start my day with a good meal and friendly staff.

This hotel exceeded our expectations in many ways. Firstly, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, providing unmatched customer service throughout our stay. Secondly, the rooms were well-kept and clean, with a small living room, kitchen, dining area, and a bedroom. The amenities provided were basic but sufficient for our needs. Lastly, the location of the hotel was very handy as it was only about 15 minutes away from some of our favorite places, including the zoo and beach at La Jolla. We also found that the area was densely populated with breweries, which was a pleasant surprise.

While overall our stay was fine, one aspect that could be improved upon is the breakfast setup. The breakfast hours were only two hours, causing the breakfast area to be quite packed.

We had an amazing time at this hotel located in a calm area. The view of the surroundings was so breathtaking that we were stunned by the beauty of nature. The room was spacious and cleaned regularly, the bathroom was equipped with excellent toiletries, and the room service was impressive. The breakfast was delicious, freshly prepared, and offered a wide range of dishes. The pool and gym facilities are immaculately maintained and perfect for families or solo travelers.

The car parking facility was not as per our expectations, and the shortage of parking spaces made it tough for us to park our vehicles without hassle.

I recently stayed at the Residence Inn in Sorrento Mesa/Sorrento Valley for a week-long volleyball tournament. The two-bedroom suite was clean, comfortable, and perfect for our needs. The staff, from Lisa at check-in to the breakfast, room, and housekeeping team, were all incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The service here rivals that of high-end hotels, if not better, because it felt genuine. The complimentary breakfast was delicious, offering a variety of options including yogurts, pastries, oatmeal, and fruits. The little details, like the staff giving my son coloring pages and asking about my daughter's volleyball games, made our trip even more memorable. The amenities, such as the swimming pool, tennis court, and ping pong area, added to the overall enjoyment of our vacation. Additionally, the central location, near major highways, was convenient for getting around.

We loved the convenient location near a grocery store and a small shopping area with a coffee shop and two restaurants. The hotel staff were amazing, especially the front desk and breakfast/kitchen staff who were extremely attentive and provided excellent service. There were plenty of healthy breakfast options and the staff made sure the breakfast station was always stocked. The hotel was clean, and the rooms were a good size with lots of facilities, including a fully-equipped kitchen. The hotel was located in a quiet business area, away from the freeway, but still had easy access to all attractions in and around the city.
